1. Our Services
We design, supply, and install premium kitchens (including Masterclass, Second Nature, and 1970), fully fitted bathrooms, appliances, and bedroom solutions. Full details are available on our website or provided during your consultation.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change if product availability or your project scope changes.
- Installation timelines can vary depending on design complexity and stock.
3. Booking & Payments
- A 10% deposit is required to confirm your order.
- Full payment (excluding installation) must be made before manufacture.
- Installation fees are due on the final day of your installation.
- Late or missing payments may result in delays or order cancellation.
4. Cancellations & Returns
- Custom or made-to-measure kitchen orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.
5. Warranty & Liability
- Manufacturer warranties apply to appliances and cabinetry. Details will be provided at purchase.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers or unforeseen events beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, logos, and designs are owned by Infinity Design and may not be used without permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be resolved in Scottish courts.
